BARENATE P-300 is a superior organic bentonite that excels as an anti-settling agent and thickener. It is effortlessly dispersible in various oils, enhancing their viscosity and stability.

Application

BARENATE P-300 stands out with its high low-shear viscosity, making it perfect for gel control in formulations. Its high efficiency means that less product is required to achieve desired anti-settling effects.

Instructions

Incorporate the oil to be thickened, then stir while adding BARENATE P-300 for 4-5 minutes. Follow with a polar activator and mix for another 4-5 minutes to reach the desired viscosity.
Dosage of BARENATE P-300: 0.5-2% is suggested.
Polar activator: Propylene carbonate or 95% ethanol. Use 5-20% of the BARENATE® P-300 amount for activation.
