BAREMUL SQO-31 is a new emulsifier, a mixed polyether compound, which is a powerful W/O emulsifier that can emulsify a variety of oil esters, resulting in a W/O paste with a high aqueous phase (ranging from 70-85% aqueous phase).

Produces high water phase W/O stable paste
Compatible with animal/vegetable fats, mineral fats, synthetic fats, and silicone oil
Produces glossy, delicate, thick paste with good coating feeling, non-sticky, non-stretching
Excellent 45℃ heat resistance and -17℃ freeze-thaw stability
Simple operation process - can be matched cold or hot
Oil phase can include thickeners, beeswax, or hydrogenated castor oil
Water phase can include magnesium sulfate or magnesium aluminum silicate for better stability

Can be used in massage cream, sunscreen, hair cream, foundation cream, etc.

Usage and Dosage

The dosage is 4-5% added into the oil phase. Slowly add the water phase into the oil phase under high speed stirring to emulsify. Add preservatives into the water phase when cold mixing. Add flavor into the oil phase when temperature drops to about 50℃ during heating operation. Ensure consistent homogenization speed and time for each batch to maintain product quality consistency.

Packing and Storage

Packed in barrels. Store in cool, dry, ventilated conditions.
