BAREMUL®-13 is an advanced water-in-oil (W/O) emulsifier engineered for exceptional stability and broad lipid compatibility. Its polymeric long-chain lipophilic structure minimizes polar interference from hydroxystearic acid, enabling optimal extension into the oil phase. This molecular design ensures polarity-independent W/O stability, making it ideal for emulsifying technically demanding oils like paraffin and vegetable triglycerides.

Operational Guidelines
