Baremul®-18 is a new generation of high performance W/O emulsifier, the compound is a polymer emulsifier with good stability, not easy to oxidize, and good compatibility with most of the cosmetic oils and fats. The polymerization structure of its polymerized long carbon chain lipophilic end reduces the influence of the polar hydroxyl group in hydroxystearic acid, so that its lipophilic end can be fully stretched out of the oil-water interface to the oil phase, and the stability of the W/O system is not affected by the polarity of oils and fats, therefore it is widely used in the preparation of W/O creams and lotions.

Application

Can be used alone or in combination. Excellent emulsifying performance, good biodegradability, can be prepared low oil phase W/O emulsifier, cost-effective.

Usage and dosage

2～4% can be added to the oil phase. Add the water phase slowly into the oil phase, keep stirring quickly, after the water phase is completely added, the emulsion will be homogenized again after appropriate amount of homogenization, homogenization so that the particle size ≤ 1μm, the oil phase, such as wax, should be homogenized at a temperature of 30 ℃ or less, to ensure that the recrystallization of wax. Cold, cold-hot or hot-hot operation is possible.
