BARENATE® WSF - Nature's Gentle Exfoliant:

BARENATE® WSF (Barel Walnut Shell Particles), derived from finely ground walnut shells, is a gentle and natural exfoliant compatible with surfactant-like agents, ideal for skin care formulations.

Applications

Walnut Shell Scrub Particles are recommended for use in solid, liquid, and transparent gel cleansers. Its tightly controlled particle size ensures consistent performance and low odor, making it suitable for high-quality products.

Usage

Add directly to the pre-homogenized semi-finished product, mix thoroughly. Then add remaining ingredients, fragrances, and preservatives. The product is then ready for dispensing.

Attention

Walnut particles are of natural origin. High-temperature and High-pressure sterilization to achieve total sterility can turn the particles into carbonized, inorganic substances. To retain the beneficial organic nutrients for the skin, the product undergoes standard irradiation for disinfection. However, using such a virus-killing method, a very small number of microorganisms will remain in the original product. Post-disinfection, if storage exceeds the recommended time, bacterial levels may exceed standards. Therefore, it's recommended to:

Purchase at least 7 days in advance for pre-sterilization
Use promptly after purchase
If not used within a short period, note the opening date
For use after 3 days of opening, sterilize with boiling water (>100°C) for 10 minutes or disinfect with 75% medical alcohol for 5-10 minutes, then let it settle and filter before use
