Product Description

INCI: JUGLANS REGIA (WALNUT) SHELL POWDER

Walnut shell particles are prepared by grinding walnut shells. It is a mild natural scrub that is compatible with surfactants.

Applications

Walnut shell scrub particles are recommended for solid, liquid and transparent gel type cleaning products. The strict control of product particle size, safe and consistent performance and its low smell make it suitable for high quality products.

Usage Method

Add directly into the homogenized semi-finished product, stir well, then add the final material, flavor, and preservative.

Important Notes

Walnut particles are natural sources. To completely sterilize, high temperature and high pressure would be required, but this would carbonize the particles. Therefore, we use ordinary irradiation disinfection methods to retain organic nutrients beneficial to the skin.

We recommend:

Order 7 days in advance for pre-sale sterilization treatment
Use product as soon as possible after purchase
Mark opening date on package for testing purposes
For storage beyond 3 days, disinfect with 100℃ hot water for 10 minutes or 75% medical alcohol for 5-10 minutes
